Fairly clean, value for money hotel with an excellent service. Savoury and tasty breakfast, plenty of food and beverages. Favourable location just next door to shops selling clothing and shoes and one Starbucks and excellent and fabulously friendly staff. Also, very close to train station😀

Chic, clean place and shopping area. The rooms huge, new-fashioned with comfortable beds and balcony, as example...

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Chiayi City. The hotel offered a complimentary transfer service from the train station, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were excellent, and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast selection was superb with a wide variety of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Chiayi City.

I really love this hotel!!! I didnt expect that I can have such a good experience when I decided to stay at Chiayi this place, since my main purpose just for Alishan. But after this 1 week trip of Taiwan, me and my friends love and miss Chiayi a lot. The service of the hotel staffs is awesome! they will recommend us nice food nearby the hotel and give us the map of it. They explain very clearly what we dont understand and provide us information! I REALLY APPRECIATE IT! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I LOVE CHIAYI

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being near to almost everything, including the nearby night market. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and willing to help. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, giving it a 5-star hotel standard feel. We also enjoyed the wide range of breakfast options available, even though it was more aligned with national tastes. it was a great experience.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

What an incredible Easter weekend I had! the hotel is located near the night market which was really convenient for finding delicious food. it was great to have a parking spot there. There were so many rooms to choose from! the room itself was spacious and clean with enough plugs for my phone and laptop. the best part was the happy hour in the lobby with free drinks and snacks, which was a really nice touch.
The bathroom in the standard room was a bit cramped. the overall experience was great so this is a very minor point.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel with excellent staff who upgraded my room for free. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, the breakfast had a good variety of Asian and Western food, and the hotel was located near the well-known Wenhua night market. I also appreciated the free self-serve laundry and ironing facilities.
Could not be improved in any way.

During my xmas stay, the hotel offered a great experience. The shuttle service to the nearby attractions was very convenient and saved us a lot of hassle. The room was spacious with modern furniture, which made our stay comfortable. , the hotel offered happy hour drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. The breakfast had a variety including local Taiwanese and western options to cater to different tastes.
The location was a bit isolated and there wasn't much around the hotel in terms of dining options. The nearest night market was quite a distance away.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to all the night markets and tourist spots. We also loved that there was a mall nearby where we were able to enjoy delicious food at a Thai restaurant. the room was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of the city. the staff provided excellent service, and breakfast had a great selection to choose from.
There were some issues with the cleanliness of the carpets in the room.
